This past weekend I had the privilege of joining other members of the Northern Colorado birth community at the Seed to Sprout fair. The fair was hosted by The Family Journey, a local non-profit whose focus is the issues of childbearing women and their families. The goal of this particular event was to promote a strong bond between a baby and his or her parents.

It was a really neat event and brought together many women throughout the community. There were about 25 vendors set up indoors and out and a variety of guest speakers. Can you believe this is the only photo I took of my space?!

The weather could not have been more beautiful. I was also very fortunate to photograph some lovely growing bellies throughout the day as a special treat to the attendees. If you are expecting or planning to conceive soon there are some really amazing resources in our area.
